Context and placement of the Send Email option
Note about: Plan > Configure > Options > Switch on automatic waitlisting > Send Email.
Selecting an email template in this step is optional.
The Update Reg Status in the previous field step is a custom status.
That custom status is configured with a Logic Rule to email a registrant when they get that status.
If these conditions apply, selecting an email template in this step would cause accepted registrants to receive two emails.
Otherwise, selecting an email template in this step is strongly recommended.
If an email template is not selected, an accepted registrant might never learn about their registration becoming successful.
