'Send Email' for accepted registrations
This article explains how to configure the Send Email option for accepted registrations.
The navigation path to this feature is Plan > Configure > Options > Switch on automatic waitlisting > Send Email.
- Selecting an email template here is optional.
- If the registration status you selected as the Update Reg Status in the previous field step is a custom status configured with a Logic Rule to email a registrant when the registrant reaches that status, then selecting an email template here would cause accepted registrants to receive two emails.
- This would result in duplicate notifications.
- Otherwise, we strongly recommend selecting an email template here.
- If you do not select an email template, an accepted registrant might never learn about their registration becoming successful.
