Email template selection guidance
This section explains when to select an email template for accepted registrations.
- Selecting an email template here is optional.
- The registration status is a custom status configured with a Logic Rule to email a registrant when the status is reached.
- Selecting an email template here would cause accepted registrants to receive two emails.
- Otherwise, we strongly recommend selecting an email template here.
- If no email template is selected, an accepted registrant might not learn when the registration becomes accepted.
- Note about: Plan > Configure > Options > Switch on automatic waitlisting > Send Email.
- Note: Help topics may include features to be released.
