Overview
Session Mass Actions lets you modify fields for multiple sessions at the same time.
This button on the Sessions page is enabled only when the List View shows SESSIONS and you have selected one or more sessions.
Click the button to change certain fields for multiple sessions at the same time.
Publish to Attendee Types
Displays a list of attendee types.
Select one or more attendee types, and then click Update Attendee Types to publish the selected sessions to those types.
At least one of the sessions you select must already be published.
Any unpublished sessions in the same selection will be published for the attendee type(s) you select here.
Applies only to scheduled sessions — sessions with at least one scheduled instance.
Errors are generated for any unscheduled sessions, but the scheduled sessions in the same selection are published successfully.
Session Status
Displays a list of session statuses (Qualified, Cancelled, etc.).
Click one to set the status of all selected sessions.
Note: The statuses available for selection are restricted by the current statuses of the selected sessions.
Track
Displays a list of event Tracks.
Click one to allocate all selected sessions to that track.
Type
Displays a list of session Types (Keynotes, Hands-On Labs, etc., including any custom types you've added).
Click one to set all selected sessions to that type.
Session Level
Displays a list of session Levels (Beginner, Intermediate, etc., including any custom levels you've added).
Click one to set all selected sessions to that level.
Override Capacity
Select "Yes" or "No" to set or clear that option for all selected sessions.
Tags
Displays a list of Tags applicable to sessions.
You choose whether to:
- append those tags to any already applied, or
- replace any existing tags already applied
