Mass Actions
This button on the Sessions page is enabled only when the List View is SESSIONS, and you have selected one or more sessions.
This is a time saver.
Click this button to change certain fields for multiple sessions at the same time.
Publish to Attendee Types
This option displays a list of attendee types.
Select one or more attendee types, and then click Update Attendee Types to publish the selected sessions to those types.
At least one of the sessions selected must already be published.
Unpublished sessions selected in the same selection are published for the attendee type(s) selected here.
> Note: This applies only to scheduled sessions. > > Scheduled sessions are sessions with at least one scheduled instance. > > Errors are generated for any unscheduled sessions. > > The scheduled sessions in the same selection are published successfully.
Session Status
This option displays a list of session statuses.
Session statuses include Qualified and Cancelled.
Click one session status to set the status of all selected sessions.
> Note: The statuses available for selection are restricted by the current statuses of the selected sessions.
Track
This option displays a list of event Tracks.
Click one track to allocate all selected sessions to that track.
Type
This option displays a list of session Types.
Session types include Keynotes, Hands-On Labs, and any custom types that have been added.
Click one session type to set all selected sessions to that type.
Session Level
This option displays a list of session Levels.
Session levels include Beginner, Intermediate, and any custom levels that have been added.
Click one session level to set all selected sessions to that level.
Override Capacity
Select Yes or No to set or clear this option for all selected sessions.
Tags
This option displays a list of Tags applicable to sessions.
Select one or more tags to apply to the selected sessions.
Choose whether to:
- append the selected tags to any already applied tags
- replace any existing tags already applied
