Settings (Reviewer Portal)

This page displays and enables you to edit some general settings for the event's . This page provides an overview of the event settings for the Reviewer Portal.

> Note: The Speaker Portal must be configured on Speakers and Sessions > Speaker Portal before you can configure the Reviewer Portal. > Use the Speakers and Sessions > Speaker Portal help topic for configuration instructions.

Name

May contain letters and numbers only.

No special characters are allowed.

Google Analytics Tracking ID

Initially, this field contains the event-level tracking ID.

The field takes the event-level tracking ID from Plan > Configure > Options.

This setting enables you to track visits to the portal pages separately from visits to other pages.

This separate tracking applies to visits such as the speaker portal, registration forms, and event websites.

If you do not enter a separate Tracking ID here, visits to Reviewer Portal pages are tracked using the event-level code. If a separate tracking code is entered here, logged-in Google Analytics users can go to Content > Event to view visit statistics for each Reviewer Portal page separately. These Reviewer Portal pages include My Information, Review Sessions, and related pages.

Web URL

The Web URL is the URL of the Speaker Portal for this event.

The Web URL includes functionality to highlight the URL so copying is possible for pasting elsewhere.

Click the 5 icon to open the HTML5 Speaker Portal in a new browser window.

Login Timeout

A number of hours.

A logged in reviewer is prompted to log in again after inactivity for this long.

Blank equals no timeout applies.

A whole positive number is required.

Default equals 360 hours.
