Settings (Reviewer Portal)
This page displays and enables you to edit some general settings for the event's Reviewer Portal. See that help topic for an overview.
Prerequisites
The Speaker Portal must be configured on the Speakers and Sessions Speaker Portal before you can configure the Reviewer Portal.
Fields
Name
- Name is required.
- Name may contain letters and numbers only.
- Name cannot contain special characters.
Google Analytics Tracking ID
- The Google Analytics Tracking ID is initially the event-level tracking ID from Plan > Configure > Options.
- You can optionally specify a separate Google Analytics Tracking ID for a Reviewer Portal.
- This enables you to track visits to the portal pages separately from visits to other pages, such as in the speaker portal, registration forms, and event websites.
- If you do not enter a separate Tracking ID here, visits to Reviewer Portal pages will be tracked using the event-level code, if there is one.
- If you do enter a tracking code here, then when you are logged into Google Analytics you can go to Content > Event > Overview to see the visit statistics for each Reviewer Portal page separately: My Information, Review Sessions, etc.

Web URL
- The Web URL is the URL of the Speaker Portal for this event.
- Click to highlight it so that you can copy it for pasting elsewhere.
- Click the 5 icon to open the HTML5 Speaker Portal in a new browser window.
Timeout
- Timeout is a number of hours.
- If a logged-in reviewer is inactive for this long, they are prompted to log in again.
- Blank = no timeout applies.
- Must be a whole positive number (1 or greater) if entered.
- Default = 360 hours.
Date Display Format
- Date Display Format lets you set the date display format.
- To set the date display format, select an option from the list of examples of today’s date.
- Examples of formats include:
- 06/15/18
- 15/06/18
- 2018/06/15
- Fri 06/15/2018
- Fri 15/06/2018
- Fri June 15
- Friday June 15
Time Display Format
- Time Display Format lets you set the time display format.
- Examples of times include:
- 16:30
- 04:30 PM
- 4:30/16:30
- 4:30 PM
