Overview
- Single or Multiple Session Review Tiers is a feature of the Certain platform.
- The feature enables creation of up to five tiers for review by assigning reviewers to tiers.
- One Default Tier is created automatically.
- The tiering enables multiple levels of reviewers to evaluate each session by organizing reviewers into tiers.
- Each reviewer is assigned to a tier.
- Reviewers review the session when the session moves to that tier.
- A Tier is a level in the review process.
- The tiering enables due dates and approval recommendations per Tier by configuring the settings per Tier.
- With multiple tiers, the setup defines which tier(s) can view other reviews and comments.
Setup Tiers
- Setup Tiers is the configuration area for adding and adjusting tiers.
1. Navigate to Manage > Speakers & Sessions > Session Reviews and select Tiers. 2. Create the Tier by filling out the form. 3. Can See Reviews is a setting that allows reviewers from other tiers to view this Tier's reviews. 4. Privileges: Give Reviewers access to speaker details, editing session information, or allow reviewers to approve or reject sessions. 5. Email Templates (Promote > Reviewer Emails) specify which email template will be sent to the Reviewer based on different triggers. 6. Recommendations: Notifications occur when certain scores meet a specified percentage or average. 7. Set what happens to the session after the review finishes for this tier.
Example
- In a multi-tier system, sessions move from Tier 1 to Tier 2 based on the percentage or average.
- If the final tier is reached or a single-tier system is used, approve the session based on the recommendation percentage or average.
