Tiers
Audience
This article is for users who manage speaker and session reviews in the Certain platform.
Quick Tips
- To add a new tier, click Add New (at the end of the "Tier Setup" heading).
- To edit an existing tier, click in the Actions column.
- Either of those actions opens the Add / Edit Tier pop-up window.
- Drag tiers to change their order.
- Note: If any sessions are under review, you must confirm or cancel the change.
Background
- Up to five tiers for reviews can be created. (One "Default Tier" is created automatically.)
- A tier is a level in the review process.
- There are multiple levels of reviewers.
- You assign each reviewer to a tier, and they review the session when it moves to that tier.
- If more than one tier exists, for each tier you can specify the tier(s) from which reviewers can see other reviewers' reviews.
Tier Setup
- A list of existing tiers, showing the following columns for each one. (See Add / Edit Tier for column descriptions.)
- Tier Name
- Can see reviews in Tier(s)
- Due Date
- Actions
- Edit — the tier is edited in the Edit Tier pop-up window.
- Delete — the tier is deleted. Note: You cannot delete a tier if any sessions are in it or any reviewers are assigned to it.
