Quick Tips
- To add a new tier, click Add New (at the end of the "Tier Setup" heading).
- To edit a tier, click Edit in the Actions column.
- Opening Edit Tier opens the Add / Edit Tier pop-up window.
- Drag tiers to change their order.
- Note: If any sessions are under review, you must confirm or cancel the change.
Background
Tier is a level in the reviewer workflow.
You can create up to five tiers for reviews.
One "Default Tier" is created automatically.
The tier feature enables multiple levels of reviewers to review each session.
The tiering system assigns each reviewer to a tier.
Review occurs when a session moves to that tier.
For each tier, you can specify the tier(s) from which reviewers can see other reviewers' reviews.
Tier Setup
A list of existing tiers, showing the following columns for each one. See Add / Edit Tier for column descriptions.
- Tier Name
- Can see reviews in Tier(s)
- Due Date
- Actions
- Edit: Edit the tier in the Edit Tier pop-up window.
- Delete: Delete the tier.
- Note: You cannot delete a tier if any sessions are in it or any reviewers are assigned to it.
