The article describes the Travel (Attendee Form) in the Certain Help Center.
The Travel Attendee Form is available only when the event's Travel Module is enabled on the Plan > Configure > Options page.
The first two sections on the form are displayed if the Form Setup > Form Layout includes the "travel entry" section.
The remaining sections are displayed whenever the Form > Travel page is displayed, provided that the relevant sub-modules are enabled.
The Flight Packages sub-module and the Transportation Preferences sub-module are required for certain sections to display, such as Flight Packages and Transportation Preferences.
HTML Editor instructions are provided for formatting text in any of the text boxes. Editors can click the HTML Editor icon to open a WYSIWYG HTML Editor, or enter HTML code directly.

Required — If selected, the attendee must make a selection.
Limit Transportation Preferences by Group — Displayed if the Registration Groups module is enabled for the event, and groups have been added on Plan > Groups > Group List, with airports and/or transportation types assigned to them. If selected, the only airports and transportation types shown on the form are the ones assigned to the group of which the registrant is a member. The Travel section on the form must therefore come after the group has been selected or assigned (in a Groups or Logic Rules section).
Maximum number of Transportation Preferences that can be selected (leave blank for no limit) — Only enter a number here if there is a limit to how many transportation preferences a registrant may select.
