Troubleshooting data fields in emails can fail when the recipient is marked as a Test Registrant in a Live event.
Primary Cause
The recipient(s) may be marked as a Test Registrant in a Live event. This marking causes dynamic data fields to render incorrectly when an email is sent by a Certain admin user.

How to troubleshoot
Verify Test Registrant status
- Navigate to Manage > Registrations > select a Registrant.
- On the Registration, select Profile on the left side menu.
- Scroll down to the Registration Information section, and look at the term selected next to Properties.
