Dynamic Data Fields (DDFs) Overview
Dynamic data fields (DDFs) are placeholders in email templates that get replaced with recipient-specific information.
Cause of Rendering Issues
The likely cause of dynamic data fields not displaying correctly is that the recipient is marked as a Test Registrant in a Live event.
Troubleshooting: Check if the Registrant Was Marked as Test
To troubleshoot, verify whether the registrant is marked as Test.
- Navigate to Manage > Registrations > select a Registrant.
- On the Registration, select Profile on the left side menu.
- Scroll down to the Registration Information section, and look at the term selected next to Properties.
