Email Attachment is a file that is attached to an email.
The Email Attachment screen enables you to upload a file to attach to an email.
How to use the Email Attachment screen
Entering file path details
- A path to the file on the hard drive may be entered if the path is known.
- The Browse button may be used to locate the file.
- If the path is typed, the path must be in the format: c:\data\directions\directions_office.pdf.
Handling file name conflicts
- The file uploads to a single directory within Certain devoted to the specific event.
- The file must have a unique file name.
- If a file with the same name already exists in the system, select from the following actions:
- Don't Upload
- Overwrite existing file
- Upload and rename file
Completing the upload
- Click the Upload button to complete the process.
