Sub-block Concepts

On this page you set up any "accommodation sub-blocks" for use at the event.

A sub-block is a set of rooms from one or more hotels, includes one or more room types, and has a set number ("inventory") of rooms for one or more days.

These sub-blocks are rooms that are in Accommodation Blocks (which must be set up first on the Accommodation > Blocks page).

When to use Sub-Blocks

You might choose to use sub-blocks for accommodation at your event if:

Sub-blocks enable attendees to select their accommodation from either the main room block or a specific sub-block when registering. (See Forms > Accommodation.)

Adding Sub-Blocks
