Hotels

On this page you set up the hotels used in your account.

Accommodation Blocks (blocks of rooms) for the event can be set up at these hotels on the Accommodation > Blocks page.

The hotels currently set up are listed in a table with the following columns.

Note: you cannot delete a hotel that has any accommodation blocks.

Hotel Detail Information

This section is displayed (instead of the hotel list) when you click Add New to add a new hotel or click a hotel in the list to edit a hotel record.

Enter or edit the details and click Save.

For a new hotel, this will add a new supplier record (available on the account-level Suppliers page).

Enter this information if the hotel can also be used as a venue.
