Agenda Item Quantities

Agenda Item Quantities is a setting for event reports that determines how the quantity of each agenda item for a registrant is displayed in the column for the agenda item.

The report will return one row per registration.

The page is the Columns setup for reports of type 'Registrations with Agenda Items and Questions'.

The option selected determines how the quantity of each agenda item for a registrant is displayed in the column for the agenda item.

Display options

There are two options: Quantity and Quantity Label.

• Quantity — Shows the quantity itself as a number.
• Quantity Label — Shows one of four customizable labels.
• Label fields appear only when the Quantity Label option is selected.
• Users may enter their own text for each label or accept the defaults.

Quantity Label values

• Label for Quantity = 0 is the text shown if the quantity is zero.
• The default for Quantity = 0 is No.
• Label for Quantity = 1 is the text shown if the quantity is 1.
• The default for Quantity = 1 is Yes.
• Label for Quantity = 2 is the text shown if the quantity is 2.
• The default for Quantity = 2 is Yes.
• Label for Quantity > 2 is the text shown if the quantity is greater than 2.
• The default for Quantity > 2 is Yes.
