Agenda Item Quantities
Overview
Agenda Item Quantities describe how the quantity of each agenda item for a registrant is displayed in the report.
The report will return one row per registration, with one column per agenda item.
The report type is "Registrations with Agenda Items and Questions."
Options
Options for displaying agenda item quantities are grouped into two choices.
Quantity
Quantity shows the quantity itself as a number.
The Quantity option is the default choice.
Quantity Label
Quantity Label shows one of four customizable labels.
The label fields appear only when the Quantity Label option is selected.
Enter your own text for each label or accept the defaults.
Label for Quantity = 0 is the text shown if the quantity is zero.
The default text for Quantity = 0 is No.
Label for Quantity = 1 is the text shown if the quantity is 1.
The default text for Quantity = 1 is Yes.
Label for Quantity = 2 is the text shown if the quantity is 2.
The default text for Quantity = 2 is Yes.
Label for Quantity > 2 is the text shown if the quantity is greater than 2.
The default text for Quantity > 2 is Yes.
