Agenda Item Quantities

The report will return one row per registration, with one column per agenda item.

The option you select here determines how the quantity of each agenda item for a registrant is displayed in its column.

Select one of the two options:

• Quantity — Shows the quantity itself, as a number. (This is the default choice.)
• Quantity Label — Shows one of these four customizable labels.

The label fields are displayed here only if you select this option.

Enter your own text for each one, or accept the defaults.

• Label for Quantity = 0 — Text shown if the quantity is zero. (Default = No)
• Label for Quantity = 1 — Text shown if the quantity is 1. (Default = Yes)
• Label for Quantity = 2 — Text shown if the quantity is 2. (Default = Yes)
• Label for Quantity > 2 — Text shown if the quantity is greater than 2. (Default = Yes)
