Reports FAQ - Event Agenda Summary Report

This report is a summary of the total quantity selected by complete registrations for each of the event's agenda items.

It displays a list of all agenda items. Each agenda item includes Start Date/Time, Location, Name, and Code.

Click to export the report to Excel.

The values in the Agenda Item Name and Code columns are hyperlinks. Click either hyperlink to open a window listing the registrations with that agenda item. The Report Results window includes quantities and charges.

The Event Agenda Summary Report includes the following numbers for non-cancelled agenda reservations for completed attendees only:

Does not include cancelled registrations.

Includes registered attendees only.

If no inventory was entered, " - " (zero) is displayed.

Note that a zero value equals unlimited Inventory, or no pre-set limit.

If the item has no pre-set Inventory then "---" is displayed.
