Reports FAQ - Event Agenda Summary Report
Overview
- This report is a summary of the total quantity selected by complete registrations for each of the event's agenda items.
- It displays a list of all agenda items, including each item's Start Date/Time, Location, Name, and Code.
- Click to export the report to Excel.
- The values in the Agenda Item Name and Code columns are hyperlinks.
- Click either to open a Report Results window listing the registrations with that agenda item, including quantities and charges.
Agenda Item Metrics
- The Event Agenda Summary Report includes the following numbers for non-cancelled agenda reservations for completed attendees only:
- Paid – Registrations that are Complete, in an Active status, and with a Balance Due <= $0 that have selected this agenda item.
- Bal. Due – Registrations with an outstanding Balance Due (i.e. Balance Due > $0) that have selected this agenda item.
- Pending – Total number of registrations in a pending status that have selected this agenda item.
- Cancelled – Total number of cancelled registrations that have selected this agenda item.
- Total – Total number of complete registrations that have selected this agenda item.
- This value does not include cancelled registrations.
- Collected – Total dollar amount collected for this agenda item (if fees apply). Includes registered attendees only.
- Inventory – The pre-set Inventory value (number of slots) for the agenda item.
- If no inventory was entered, '—' (zero) is displayed.
- Note that a zero value equals unlimited Inventory, or no pre-set limit.
- Available – The number of slots still available.
- If the item has no pre-set Inventory then "---" is displayed.
