The standard summary report All Registrations By Status shows the number of complete and incomplete registrations for an event, grouped by their registration status.
Move the cursor over a status to see its description and classification.
Click any of the numbers in the report to see a list of the registrations making up that number.
Status and Classification
Each event has 11 standard registration statuses and may have any number of custom registration statuses.
A status is classified as either Accepted, Pending, Denied, or Cancelled.
This report includes registrations in all four status classifications.
Tip: To see how the assigned registration statuses are classified (Cancelled, Denied, Pending, or Accepted), go to the All Registrations by Status report in the middle of the page and hover over the name of each status (e.g., New, No-Show, Cancelled, etc.).
Completed Registrations
Another report, Completed Registrations by Attendee Type, does not include denied registrations, cancelled registrations, or incomplete registrations.
If the event has cancelled, denied, or incomplete registrations, then the total number of complete registrations in this report (All Registrations By Status) will not equal the total in that report (Completed Registrations by Attendee Type).
