Reports FAQ - All Registrations by Status Report
The standard summary report All Registrations By Status shows the number of complete and incomplete registrations for an event, grouped by their registration status.
How to view the report details
- Move the cursor over a status in order to see its description and classification.
- Click any of the numbers in the report in order to see a list of the registrations making up that number.
Status and Classification
Each event has 11 standard registration statuses and also may have any number of custom registration statuses.
A status is classified as either:
- Accepted
- Pending
- Denied
- Cancelled

Note that this report includes registrations in all four status classifications.
> Tip: : To see how the assigned registration statuses are classified (i.e. Cancelled, Denied, Pending or Accepted), go to the All Registrations by Status report in the middle of the page and hover your mouse over the name of each status (e.g., New, No-Show, Cancelled, etc.)
Completed Registrations
Another report, Completed Registrations by Attendee Type, does not include denied registrations, cancelled registrations, or incomplete registrations.
If the event has cancelled, denied, or incomplete registrations, then the total number of complete registrations in this report (All Registrations By Status) will not equal the total in that report (Completed Registrations by Attendee Type).
