Group Reports
Group Reports is a page under Groups.
The page includes the Group Summary Report.
The Group Reports page is available if the Registration Groups sub-module of the Event Module is enabled for the event.
Most figures in the Group Reports are reported only if the Qualification and Approvals sub-modules of the Event Module are enabled for the event.
Filter by Name or Code
Filter is applied by Group Name or by Group Code.
As characters are typed, the list of groups displayed in the report refreshes, showing only the matching groups.
Group Summary Report
The Group Summary Report shows the numbers of registrations for an event, grouped by their Approval Status.
The Group Summary Report shows the numbers of registrations within any Groups set up on Groups > Group List.
This report might be considered a "Groups" version of the standard report, All Registrations by Approval Status.
All Registrations by Approval Status is available on the Event Dashboard.
The Event Dashboard report does not go down to the group level.
Export and interact with the report
Click the Excel icon to export the contents of the report to an Excel file.
Click any of the numbers in the report to see a list of those registrations in that group.
Report columns
The following columns are included in the Group Summary Report.
| Column | Description | |--------|-------------| | Group Name | The name of the group, as set up on Groups > Group List. | | Code | The Group Code. | | User | The group's Associated User, if any. | | Capacity | The total remaining capacity for all the group's attendee types. This value is the total of the original capacity for each attendee type (set up on Groups > Group List), minus the number of complete registrations in the group. | | Note on Capacity | Blank equals unlimited total remaining capacity, even though some attendee types may have limited capacity. The reason: A blank capacity for an attendee type on the group record means unlimited, so there is no limit to the possible grand total of group members. | | Coordinators | The group's coordinator(s), if any. | | Incomplete | The number of incomplete registrations in the group. | | Not Yet Qualified | The number of complete registrations (not cancelled) who do not yet have an Approval Status. | | Custom Field Name (1 ... n) | The value of this custom field for this group. There is one column per custom field, as set up on the Groups > Custom Fields page. | | Approval Status Name (1 ... n) | The number of complete registrations with this approval status. There is one column per approval status, as set up on the Manage > Qualification > Approvals page. | | Note on statuses | The approval statuses on registrations are set by internal users on the Registrations per Rule page, based on the recommendation statuses set by external reviewers on the Review Qualifications page. |

If the number of groups is more than can be displayed on one page, use the First / Previous / Next / Last controls at the end to page through the list.
