Step 10: Perform Post-Event Tasks
Step 10 explains post-event tasks to clean up data and understand event success.
- Change the status of completed registrations to Attended or No-Show.
- Use the Refund Owed system report to identify registrants to whom you owe money.
- Issue necessary refunds to those registrants.
- Use the Balance Due column on the Completed Registrations by Attendee Type summary report to find attendees who still owe you money.
- Fulfill orders for additional items ordered, such as tool kits, books, or DVDs.
- Use the Activity Summary Report for a list of the attendees who selected each item.
- If you asked custom questions for the purposes of marketing future events, products, or services, create a marketing report.
- The marketing report should display each attendee's answers to the questions.
