Enhancements
2.0 API
- 2.0 API is the platform's application programming interface version 2.
- The isPrivate attribute for sessions is now included in the body of the GET response.
- This inclusion enables external systems to identify private vs. non-private sessions.
HTML5 Mobile
- HTML5 Mobile is the platform's mobile experience implemented with HTML5.
- Virtual Locations such as Zoom meeting URLs are now hyperlinked when displayed in the app.
- Attendees can easily launch into a meeting from the app by clicking the hyperlinked Zoom meeting URLs.
Speaker Catalog
- The maximum number of featured speakers has been increased from 10 to 20.
Bug Fixes
2.0 API Event Copy
- An email templates assigned as the form confirmation is now selected upon event copy via API.
Agenda Items
- The file finder launched within the HTML editor is now the current finder available throughout the rest of the platform.
Digital Events
- An issue with webinar attendance not being updated when the Participant ID cannot be found has been resolved.
- Additional email addresses can now be added when using the Send Test Email option within an email template.
Forms
- An issue with intermittent errors being returned when navigating to Forms > Setup > Advanced has been resolved.
- Imported Country values are no longer overwritten with 'United States' when registrants log in to a form that does not include the Country field.
Postponed Event Status
- Events with a status of 'Postponed' no longer return a 404 error for some users.
Reporting
- An issue with the header colors in some summary reports making them hard to read has been resolved.
Session Catalog
- Sessions that a registrant has previously cancelled are no longer displayed as 'Cancelled', allowing them to register for that session again.
