Email FAQ - Sending Email

There are two ways to send email from within the Certain Platform.

To a single registrant

1. In a single registration record, click Email in the Left Navigation Panel.

2. On the Email tab, select an Email Template.

3. If necessary, make changes to the message.

4. The To field is populated with the registrant’s email address from their profile.

5. Preview the email.

6. Make changes if necessary.

7. Click Send Email NOW.

To a group of registrants

1. On the Report Results page, select the registrants whom you wish to email.

2. Click the Actions menu.

3. Select Compose Email.

4. This takes you to the Communication > Compose Emails page.

5. There, select an Email Template.

6. Make changes to the content if necessary.

7. The To field is populated with the selected registrants’ email addresses from their profiles.

8. Preview the email.

9. Make changes if necessary.

10. Click Send Email NOW.
