For full details, see the Automatic Event Waitlisting Guide PDF.
What Happens?
- When the event capacity has been reached, registrants see this form section.
- Registrants must select the check box to join the waitlist.
- If space becomes available, the automatic process moves the registrant at the top of the queue off the waitlist.
- The registrant is notified by email, provided an email template has been selected on Event Options > Automatic Event Waitlisting.
