General FAQ - Managing Room Sharing and Roommate Matching
Room Sharing and Roommate Matching (RSRM) enables you to track two attendees sharing the same hotel room during the event. The areas that control Room Sharing and Roommate Matching are:
- Plan > Configure > Options – Where you can enable the RSRM module for the event.

- Plan > Event Setup > Accommodation – Where you can enable RSRM for the event and set Roommate matching criteria such as Gender and Smoking Preference.
- Plan > Forms > Accommodation – Where you configure the section of the registration form that gathers roommate sharing information from the attendees.
- Match Roommates Interface – Enables you to view matched roommates and make match decisions.
