Room Sharing and Roommate Matching (RSRM) enables you to track two attendees sharing the same hotel room during the event.

The areas that control Room Sharing and Roommate Matching are:

Plan > Configure > Options enables the RSRM module for the event.
Plan > Event Setup > Accommodation enables the RSRM module for the event.
Plan > Event Setup > Accommodation enables you to set Roommate matching criteria such as Gender and Smoking Preference.
Plan > Forms > Accommodation enables configuring the section of the registration form that gathers roommate sharing information from the attendees.
Match Roommates Interface enables you to view matched roommates and make match decisions.
