Overview
This article explains how to indicate 'CC Assistant Email' or 'CC Additional Email' when importing registrations. If you import into the 'Assistant Email' field, you must select the corresponding 'CC Assistant Email?' checkbox for the email to be sent to the contact. If you import into the 'Additional Email' field, you must select the corresponding 'CC Additional Email?' checkbox for the email to be sent to the contact.
Indicating CC Assistant Email or CC Additional Email when Importing Registrations
Via .txt file
Map a column in your txt file to 'CC Assistant Email'.
Enter a value of '1' if you would like the corresponding 'CC Assistant Email?' checkbox to be selected.
Map a column in your txt file to 'CC Additional Email'.
Enter a value of '1' if you would like the corresponding 'CC Additional Email?' checkbox to be selected.
Via Excel file
Include a column for 'CC Assistant Email'.
