Vanity URL
Alternatively, another option is to purchase a vanity URL (i.e., www.myeventname.com ) and setup URL forwarding to forward that URL to your Event Website or Form. A URL can typically be purchased for as little as $10/year and often includes the ability to forward to a URL.

To shorten a Report url:
1. Remove the portions of the URL as noted below.
https://certaidemo.com/user/reports/report.cfm?PKRptID=0x1683417d43a&PKevtID=0x365576178
(https://certaidemo.com/user/reports/report.cfm?PKRptID=0x1683417d43a&PKevtID=0x365576178)
(Remove everything after reports (remove the s at the end of reports) through the x in the last string of the report ID and then remove the last 4 characters of the report ID)
1. This will allow your URL to appear as
https://certaidemo.com/user/report/36557 (https://certaidemo.com/user/report/36557)
