Image Specifications
App Icon Image (Required)
App Icon Image is required at 2048 x 2048 pixels, .png format without transparency.
The image corners must not be rounded.
Apple rounds image corners automatically on iOS.
The icon must be designed simply so the icon displays well at multiple sizes, down to 29 x 29 pixels.
The icon is placed on a solid color.
The icon is used to generate launch images.
A solid background color is recommended for the icon.
How the App Icon Image is used
App Icon Image is used to launch the app from a device home screen.
App Icon Image is used as a launch image.
Launch images display briefly while the app loads.
App Icon Image is used as an iPad Background Image.
iPad Background Images display during the log in process.
iPad Background Images display on multi-event list.
Launch Image (Optional)
Launch Image is optional at 2048 x 2048 pixels, .png format.
Launch Image requires a hex code for background color.
Touchpoint addresses launch images by requiring a square image.
Touchpoint addresses launch images by requiring a background color.
This square image “floats” in the middle of the launch screen to handle different screen sizes.
If a separate launch image is not uploaded, Touchpoint creates the launch image from the app icon image.
A background color is required in hexadecimal code.
An example background color is #539dc2.
Landing Page Top Banner (Required)
Landing Page Top Banner is required at 1242 pixels wide x 460 pixels tall, .png.
Landing Page Top Banner is landscape oriented.
Landing Page Top Banner appears at the top of your list of events.
Event List Icons
Event List Icons are required at 250 x 250 pixels, .png format.
Event List icons appear next to the name of your event when you first open the app.
To edit your event icon, navigate to the event landing page in the CMS. Select the edit button in the top right corner. Upload the 250x250px .png image in the top right “Event Icon” panel.
Then upload your 250x250px .png image in the top right “Event Icon” panel.
Event Icon panel requirements are shown as follows. The panel states that you must provide one square image at least 250 x 250 pixels. The panel indicates the file field as “Choose File” with “No file chosen”.
Home Screen Image Panels
Home Screen Image Panels use a resizable panel in the home screen design tool.
Home Screen Image Panels are resized by clicking and dragging from the edge of the panel.
After the panel is sized, the panel is adjusted by clicking the gear icon.
Gear icon panel settings are used to upload an image.
Panel settings show a suggested size for the panel image(s) based on the panel size in the design tool.
Multiple image panels may be used in the design. Each image panel may contain multiple images. One large image panel may feature a single image for branding at the top of the design. A smaller image panel may be added to rotate between multiple event sponsors.
Example Half Page Image is sized at 750px W by 600px H. For this panel, the panel is sized to take up approximately half the height of the screen on most devices. The gear icon is clicked and the panel settings are viewed. The suggested image size shown in panel settings is (WxH): 750px by 600px.
Example Full Page Image is sized at 750px W by 1200px H. For this panel, the panel is sized to take up approximately the full screen height on most devices. The gear icon is clicked and the panel settings are viewed. The suggested image size shown in panel settings is (WxH): 750px by 1200px.

Layout 1
Layout 1 shows “BANNER IMAGE 750px wide x 200px tall”.
Layout 1 shows “MAIN IMAGE 750px wide x 450px tall”.
Layout 2
Layout 2 shows “MAIN IMAGE 750px wide x 350px tall”.
Layout 3
Layout 3 shows “MAIN IMAGE 750px wide x 650px tall”.
Layout 4
Layout 4 shows “MAIN IMAGE 750px wide x 1200px tall”.
Layout 5
Layout 5 shows “BANNER IMAGE 750px Wide x 200 px Tall”.
Layout 6
Layout 6 shows “LOGO with 750px wide 500px tall” and “BACKGROUND”.
Photos, Maps, and Icons
Speaker Photos, Link Images
Speaker Photos, Link Images can be .png or .jpg files.
Speaker photos should be at least 225 x 225 pixels.
Speaker photos can be smaller than 225 x 225 pixels.
Smaller speaker images will not look as good on increasingly common high-res “retina” mobile displays.
Floor Plan Map Images
Floor Plan Map Images should be uploaded as .jpg files.
For optimal viewing when enlarged on a mobile device, the map image should be at least 1800 pixels in either length or width.
If the map image is larger, it will be resized appropriately.
Sponsor Images
Sponsor Images can be .png or .jpg files.
Sponsor images include the following requirements.
- Sponsor icons 225 x 225 pixels
- Widescreen header 960 x 300 pixels
Banner Ads
Banner ads should be 960 pixels wide.
The industry standard is for the banner to be around 300 pixels tall.
Banner ads can be any height you wish.
