My Sessions Layout

The My Sessions page is shown in the Speaker Portal once a Speaker logs in. This page can be set to Read Only if you do not want the Speaker to be able to edit their sessions (Speaker Portal > Pages). Speaker Portal Pages can also be re-ordered by drag and drop. If a Speaker must land on the My Sessions page after logging in, the My Sessions page must follow the Login Page. You can also rename the Speaker Portal Page Titles here.

Editing the Session Layout for My Sessions

> Please Note: The Register Speaker page (in the Session Details section) gives the option to apply the same layout to the My Sessions page so changes can be made once and propagated to both pages.

1. Navigate to the Speaker Portal > Pages > Edit the My Sessions page. 2. Add/remove any Session Standard or Custom Field to this page. 3. Edit the labels for the Speaker Fields by clicking a section and clicking the pencil icon near the field name. 4. Mark a field as required by selecting it and marking the Star.
