Event Session Status Summary Report
Event Session Status Summary Report is a summary of the numbers of attendees registered for each instance of the event's sessions.
The report lists the following fields: Session Name; Session Instance; Start Date/Time; End Date/Time; Location; Session Capacity; Waitlist Limit; Registered; Cancelled; Waitlisted; Attended; No Show.
Registered is the number of attendees that have selected, or been assigned to, the session, and includes Complete registrations only.
Cancelled is the number that have cancelled.
Waitlisted is the number currently on the waitlist for that session instance.
Attended is the number that attended.
No Show is the number that did not attend, although they were registered.
You can click the Session Name or a number to open a Report Results window listing the registrations.
You can export the report to Excel by clicking the export option.
Tip: Process waitlists by using Mass Actions in the Report Results window.
Drill down to the Waitlisted registrations.
Note: The Event Session Status Summary Report is only available if the Speaker and Session Management module is enabled for the account (in Plan > Configure > Options).
