Pending Roommates
Pending Roommates describes room reservations that are being shared and that have pending roommate requests.
Breadcrumb: (Event) > Plan > Accommodation > Pending
This page is displayed only if one of the following two options is selected on the Accommodation > Roommates page: registrants enter their roommate's reg code to be matched; registrants select a roommate from a drop-down list.
This page lists the roommate pairs that are pending approval by the planner.
The pairs are created when a registrant enters another registrant's reg code on the form.
The pairs are created when a registrant selects another registrant from the drop-down list on the form.
Registrants who appear on this page do not appear on the No Match or Matched pages.
The table includes the following columns: First Name.
The table includes the following columns: Last Name.
The table includes the following columns: Hotel.
The table includes the following columns: Room Type.
The table includes the following columns: Arrival.
The table includes the following columns: Departure.
The table includes the following columns: Special Requests.
Any data fields that have been selected as matching preferences on the Accommodation > Roommates page are also included as columns.
Top actions
- Approve All — Click to approve all pending roommate pairs and move them to the Matched page.
- Decline All — Click to delete the requested roommate data from all room reservations in the event. Note: This includes not just those on this Pending page, but also those on the Matched and No Match pages.
All column names have Ascending sort options.
All column names have Descending sort options.
The Rolodex works on the currently selected column.
