Pending Roommates

Overview

Pending Roommates is a page that lists roommate pairs that are pending approval by the planner.

This page is displayed if one of two options is selected on the Accommodation > Roommates page.
The first option is: Registrants can enter their roommate's reg code to be matched.
The second option is: Registrants can select a roommate from a drop-down list.
The pairs are created when a registrant enters another registrant's reg code on the form.
The pairs are created when a registrant selects another registrant from the drop-down list on the form.
Registrants who appear on this page do not appear on the No Match or Matched pages.

This page lists the roommate pairs that are pending approval by the planner.
The columns included are: First Name, Last Name, Hotel, Room Type, Arrival, Departure, and Special Requests.
Any data fields that have been selected as matching preferences on the Accommodation > Roommates page are also included as columns.

There are two links at the top of the page: Approve All and Decline All.
Approve All approves all pending roommate pairs and moves them to the Matched page.
Decline All deletes the requested roommate data from all room reservations in the event.
Note: Decline All includes not just those on this Pending page, but also those on the Matched and No Match pages.

All column names have Ascending and Descending sort options which will sort the data by that column.
The Rolodex works on the currently selected column.
