If you plan on tracking Promo Codes without applying a fee/discount, the system will allow you to add agenda items with a $0.00 fee/discount.
Steps to create the promo code
1. Go to Plan > Promo Codes > Click on the Add New button.
2. Fill out the Overview part of the Promo Code Wizard and hit the next button.
3. On the Discount screen, the system will allow you to select the existing discounts by clicking on the dropdown.
4. If no discount has been created yet for the event, click on the Add Custom Discount header.
5. Enter the Discount name, Unique code, and select the Fixed fee.
6. Enter $0 for the discount amount and click on Add to List.
7. Then click on the Next button.
8. Set the Availability of the promo code.
9. Then click on the Create Promo button to finish.
