Room Reservations Import Error on Date/Time Format

When importing Room Reservations, you may receive the following error on the date/time format.

Errors were generated for the following Records:

Row: [x] - date of arrival should be in format "MM/dd/yyyy"

If you receive this error, try modifying the date/time format in the excel file used for import.

1. Open the .CSV file in Excel. 2. Go to the Arrival and Departure date column. 3. Modify the Arrival Date & Departure Date column format to be set to Custom: mm/dd/yyyy.
