To embed a Google Map in your form, follow these steps:
1. Open Google Maps: Navigate to Google Maps and for the location you want to embed.
2. Share the Map:
- Click the Share button located on the map's information panel.
3. Get the Embed Code:
- Select the Embed a map tab.
- Adjust the map size if needed.
- Click Copy HTML to copy the embed code.
4. Insert the Embed Code:
