Is matchmaking available?

✅ YES — with two options noted in the documentation:

• For AI-powered attendee/exhibitor networking and matchmaking, Certain lists Grip as a partner that provides AI matchmaking (visit the partner site for details).

• For accommodations, Certain includes built-in roommate matching (configurable under Plan > Accommodation > Roommates). The system enforces matching rules (same hotel and room type) and provides a Match button / Matched tab to manage matches.
