Which payment methods are supported?

Certain supports online credit-card payments (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners, Discover, JCB and IPAC where enabled by your processor) and ACH where supported by the selected processor. You can also accept offline methods such as check, purchase order (P.O.), cash and wire transfers, and control which options appear per event.

Supporting details and where to configure:

• Online card types are determined by the Online Processor you select; enable or limit methods at the account or event level via Account Settings or Plan > Event Setup > Payments. E-commerce Account Details Financials
• ACH is available for payments but ACH refunds must be processed outside Certain and then recorded manually in the registration. ACH Refunds
