Overview
The account history is stored in the Certain database for one year. Certain's data-cleanup routine deletes all account history records that are more than one year old.
Scope and pagination
The account history section lists history records for the current account for the last 90 days.
The list of records may be a multi-page list.
The system tracks the actions taken by the system related to user inactivity, the 10-day warning email, and if the system deactivates the user.
Record fields
- Date — The date/time the action took place.
- Action — The action type: Insert, Update, or Delete.
- User — The name of the user associated with the action.
- Summary — A one-line summary of the action.
Display and interaction
- The section displays 25 records per page.
- Click the Next button to view additional records.
- Click a row for details of that record.
Download history
- Download 1 year history (CVS file) — Click to download the history records for the last year for this account (in a CVS file). The file includes the following fields: Date, Action, User, Summary, and Details. The Details field contains the details of the action.

- This history tracks changes made in the Administration area, including changes made on the following pages:

- The following pages are included in the Details: Administration: Account page.
