Account History
- Account History is a list of history records for the current account for the last 90 days.
- The account history is stored in the Certain database for one year.
- A data-cleanup routine deletes all account history records that are more than one year old.
Access and scope
- Access for Administrators only via Account Settings > Implementation > History.
- The history section shows the list of history records for the last 90 days.
- The list may be a multi-page list.
- The system tracks actions related to user inactivity, the 10-day warning email, and if the system deactivates the user.
History Record Fields
- Date — The date/time the action took place.
- Action — The action type: Insert, Update, or Delete.
- User — The name of the user associated with the action.
- Summary — A one-line summary of the action.
Viewing and Navigation
- The section displays 25 records per page.
- Use the Next button to view additional records.
- Click a row to view details of that record.
Download History
- Download 1 year history (CSV file) — Click to download the history records for the last year for this account (in a CSV file).
- The file includes the fields: Date, Action, User, Summary, and Details.
- The Details field contains the details of the action.
Details
- This history tracks changes made in the Administration area.
- The changes can include actions on the following pages:
- Implementation: Products page
- Implementation: Security page
- Administration: Users page
- Administration: Account page
- Administration: Sub-Accounts
- Administration: E-commerce accounts
- Administration: Profile Data page
- Administration: Event Data page
