The Touchpoint AI powered Event Assistant allows attendees to ask question and receive answers in real time. The Event Assistant can be utilized as a main navigation feature. The Event Assistant can be utilized as an option for home screen design.
The Event Assistant draws information from your event's Info feature to provide answers.
How the Event Assistant works
1. Users can ask questions using free form, natural language. 2. The assistant will respond using the information provided in the event's info items. 3. Citations for the information are provided along with the response allowing attendees to navigate to the source content. 4. The Assistant will also provide suggested prompts based on the source content.

1. The assistant message includes a welcome prompt. 2. The assistant includes an example question. 3. The assistant includes numbered steps. 4. The assistant includes suggested prompt options.
