Events and Session Instances connected to ON24 or Zoom Webinars now offer an option to 'Delete Webinar'.
This option allows the association to be removed as long as no event or session registrations exist.
Full Join URLs are now available as Dynamic Data Fields (DDFs) everywhere the existing hyperlinked 'Join URL' is available for both event and session registrations.
The Full Join URL can be used in form confirmations, email templates and Add to Calendar, in addition to the hyperlinked Join URL.
The following session-specific Dynamic Data Fields (DDFs) have been added to Session templates, My Sessions Fields to Display, and Add to Calendar:
Reg Session Webinar Fields
Session Reg Join URL
Session Webinar Fields
Webinar Title
Webinar Start-Date Time
Webinar End-Date Time
Webinar Description
Webinar Time Zone
Webinar Presentation Type
Webinar Integration Type
Why is this cool? The webinar metadata is captured as part of the integration, so we expose it to supplement our existing DDFs.
Forms > Sessions
Session Custom Field DDFs are now available in the following areas:
Why is this cool? Responses to custom session fields such as 'Webinar Link' can now be appended in these areas if you are not using the Digital Events module and simply want to share the link to a webinar from a 3rd party.
Signal
Event Date Modified has been added to the field mappings and filters.
Why is this cool? Now you can easily identify events that have recently been modified.
Speaker and Session Management
Speaker and Session Catalogs are now copied as part of the event copy/template copy creation process when the option to copy 'Speakers and Sessions' is selected.
Why is this cool? No need to recreate your Speaker and Session Catalogs when you create an event. Simply copy them over as part of the event copy or mark the source event as a template and copy from a template.
Custom Registration Properties
The label of a property can now be modified as long as there are no existing registrations with a 'Yes' or 'True' value for that property.
Why is this cool? Previously, once a property had been set for any registrations in the event, there was no option to modify it even if there were no registrations associated with it.
