Certain 7.0.6 was released in September 2020.
It included these enhancements and bug fixes.
Enhancements
Auto-Login to Forms and Websites
- Registration UUID is a unique identifier for a registration.
- Dynamic Data Field (DDF) is a dynamic field used to pass data in URLs.
- The Registration UUID can now be used to auto-login to registration forms and websites.
- This is accomplished by appending the Dynamic Data Field (DDF) to form and website URLs as follows: &rgUUID=<Registration UUID>.
- The Reg ID URL option will be deprecated in the future.
- We recommend updating existing event templates to use Registration UUID rather than Reg ID for URL.
Reporting
- System reports launched from the Registration Dashboard have been updated to include the 'Source' value if one exists.
- If you append &source=LinkedIn to registration form links that you've advertised, registrations created from that link will be tracked with a source value of 'LinkedIn', allowing you to identify which event marketing campaign has been most effective.
Bug Fixes
Administration
- An intermittent issue with some modal and pop-up windows on the Certain Admin interface returning errors has been resolved.
Digital Events – Signal
- Government organizations can now successfully configure the Zoom integration because the service URL is editable.
Forms
- When a file is uploaded to a file or image type question the label of the Submit button no longer changes to 'Save'.
Session Catalog
- An issue with being prompted to log in when navigating between different session catalogs in the same event when already authenticated has been resolved.
508 Compliance
- An issue with iOS readers not narrating properly on warning dialogs has been resolved for some versions of iOS.
