This page explains how to copy a Profiles report. Copying a Profiles Report enables you to create a new report that varies only slightly from an existing one.
Using the Wizard
To use the wizard, follow these steps:
- Click Copy Report above the list of reports on the Profile Reports page.
- Click Next.
- Select the report to copy.
- Or click the Copy icon next to a report in that list.
- Name the new report.
- If you accept the default, the name appends "(Copy)" to the name of the original.
- Give the report a Description that tells other users about the function of the report.
- Optionally, select a Group.
- The Group determines where the report displays in the Reports list.
- Or you can type a name for a New Group.
- If you wish to create a group, type a name.
- Click Next.
- Check the details displayed in the Report Copy Confirmation.
- Finish to close the wizard.
- Back to change details.
- On the final screen, click either Finish or 'Click here to copy another report'.
