Creating a Registrant's Password

An event administrator can change or create a password on a Registrant's behalf.

1. Search for a Registrant by clicking the Find button on the Event Dashboard. 2. Select the Registrant's name to edit. 3. Click Edit Registration. 4. In the Contact Information section, click Reset. 5. Enter a password in the Password field. 6. Click Save.
