Custom Report Header and Footer (Profile Reports)
Overview
The page enables users to add a custom header and a custom footer to a Profile report. The header and the footer appear on every page of the report.
Formatting
The HTML Editor on this page formats the header and the footer.
Scope and Formats
Headers and footers apply only to reports in the formats Printable HTML.
Acrobat PDF, Printable Excel, and Excel Spreadsheet are also supported formats.
Images in headers and footers do not display in Excel formats.
Customization via Data Fields
Both the header and the footer can be customized using the data field drop-down list.
The drop-down list includes Report fields, User fields, and Event fields.
To insert a field, click the desired data field to place it. Then click Add to Header or Add to Footer to place the field in the HTML Editor area.
PDF Images
For PDF output, any images should be uploaded, not embedded as http links.
