Deleting Test Registrations before going Live is not necessary. Deleting Test Registrations before going Live is not recommended. Registrations created during a Testing Status are marked as Test Registrations. When the Event Status changes from Testing to Live under Plan > Event Setup > Details, all Test Registrations will be removed. These Test Registrations are still accessible in the Registrations to Review section at the bottom of the Event Dashboard.
