Do I need to delete Test Registrations before going Live?
It is not necessary to delete Test Registrations in your Event before changing the Event Status to Live. It is not recommended to delete Test Registrations in your Event before changing the Event Status to Live. Registrations created while the Event is in a 'Testing' Status are marked as 'Test' Registrations. Registrations are removed when the Event's Status changes from 'Testing' to 'Live' under Plan > Event Setup > Details. These Test Registrations are still accessible in the Registrations to Review section at the bottom of the Event Dashboard.
Note: We recommend you do not delete Test Registrations. Deleted Registrations are counted against your Billable Registrations. Test Registrations are not counted against Billable Registrations.
