Overview
When building an Event, a number of “Test” Registrations are created to validate that the Forms are working as intended. The following instructions cover removing “Test” Registrations or any other Registrations. Steps are also provided for restoring Registrations if required.
Delete Registrations One-by-One Using Search
- Navigate to the Event Dashboard.
- Click the magnifying glass at the top of the screen.
- Select Registrations.
- Filter the search (for example, by First Name, Last Name, Email or Reg Code).
- If the Registration Code is known, filter by Reg Code.
- Click Search.
- The Search Results will appear.
- Select the desired Registration to delete, and the Attendee Overview will be shown.
- Select Profile from the left side menu.
- Click Delete (bottom right of the screen).
Delete Recent Registrations One-by-One
- Navigate to the Event Dashboard, and select Manage at the top of the screen.
- Select a desired Registration to delete from the recent Registrations listed below Registrations.
- The Attendee Overview will be shown.
- Select Profile from the left side menu.
- Click Delete (bottom right of the screen).
Delete Multiple Registrations Using Mass Action
- Navigate to the Event Dashboard, and scroll down to All Registrations By Status.
- Click the total number of Registrations within the Event under the desired Status.
- In the pop-up window, click the checkbox next to the desired Registration(s) to delete.
- Click on Select a Mass Action Below, and select Delete from database.
- Click Go.
Restore Registrations Using Mass Action
- Navigate to the Event Dashboard, and scroll down to Registrations to Review.
- Click the total number of Deleted Registrations (marked “Not Active”) under the desired Status.
- In the pop-up window, click the checkbox next to the desired Registration(s) to restore.
- Click on Select a Mass Action Below, and select Restore from database.
- Click Go.
Restore Multiple Registrations Using Mass Action
- Navigate to the Event Dashboard, and scroll down to All Registrations By Status.
- Click the total number of Registrations within the Event under the desired Status.
- In the pop-up window, click the checkbox next to the desired Registration(s) to restore.
- Click on Select a Mass Action Below, and select Restore from database.
- Click Go.
