The Key Metrics dashboard is designed to provide a business executive with a 30,000 feet representation of the performance of a single event or group of events. The dashboard helps executives make business decisions around missing, meeting, or exceeding objectives. The dashboard helps determine whether to continue, increase, or decrease these types of events. The dashboard also supports decisions about who to target in the future.
The dashboard answers the following questions:
- How was the event registration against the goal?
- How successful was the event from a pipeline perspective?
- What’s the ROI?
- What organizations and titles did we attract?
