The Key Metrics dashboard helps executives make business decisions around missing, meeting, or exceeding objectives.

The Key Metrics dashboard helps executives decide whether to continue, increase, or decrease events.

The Key Metrics dashboard helps executives decide who to target in the future.

The Key Metrics dashboard will help answer the following questions:

• How was the event registration vs. the goal?
• How successful was the event (from a pipeline perspective)?
• What’s the ROI?
• What organizations and titles did we attract?

Elements on the Key Metrics dashboard

The Key Metrics is a rich dashboard containing different metrics and elements to use for event analysis.

Selected Events/Registration Goal indicator

Selected Events/Registration Goal indicator is located on the top part of the dashboard.

The indicator gives a visual indication (green or red color) as to whether you met your registration goal for the event.

The indicator provides this visual indication provided that one was set.

If no goal has been set for the event, the box is grey.

The indicator also provides the total registrations against the goal.

The indicator also provides Achieved or not.

Registrations, Attendance & Engagement metrics

Registrations, Attendance & Engagement metrics are located on the left side of the dashboard.

These metrics provide the total number of registrants.

These metrics provide the total number of attendees.

These metrics provide the percentage of attendance.

These metrics provide the total number of engaged participants.

These metrics provide the percentage of engaged participants.

Bubble chart graph

Bubble chart graph is located in the center of the dashboard.

This graph provides the top 10 values in number of registrations among 3 dimensions of analysis.

This graph is interactive.

This graph offers the ability to dynamically recalculate the Registrations, Attendance and Engagement metrics on the left upon selection of one or more values of the same dimension.

This graph provides a tooltip with metrics information about a specific value when hovering over that value.

Event financial information

Event financial information is located on the right side of the dashboard using the drawer icon.

This section of the dashboard provides financial details about the event.

This section provides total cost.

This section provides cost per registrant.

This section provides total influenced pipeline.

This section provides influenced pipeline per registrant.

This section provides the event ROI.

These metrics will be recalculated when the user selects value(s) in the bubble chart.

Key Metrics with multiple events

Key Metrics with multiple events is supported when used with multiple events.

In this case, the Key Metrics dashboard contains more than one event in the Select Events heat map.

The Key Metrics dashboard can be used to get more details by hovering over each event.

The Key Metrics dashboard can be used to filter the bubble chart and the financial information by selecting one or multiple events in the heat map.
