Event Intelligence - Review the performance of a single event

When launched with a single event selection, the Performance Dashboard is meant to answer business questions around the success of an event, take corrective actions during the registration process, and plan to improve the target and content in the future.

This view helps answer questions like:

Elements in the Single Event View

The Single Event View is a rich dashboard containing different metrics and elements for event analysis. The Single Event View contains the following elements.

Total registrations and target

This element shows total registrations and target achievement.

In the Registrations tab, on the left-hand side.

This element provides the total number of registrations for the selected event.

This element provides what percentage of the target has been achieved.

Percentage of attendance

This element shows attendance percentage compared to attendance target.

In the Registrations tab, on the left-hand side.

This element provides the percentage of attendance.

This element compares the percentage of attendance to the targeted attendance rate.

Cumulative Registrations Over Time

This line chart shows registrations over time.

In the Registrations tab, on the top section.

This line chart provides the number of registrations over time.

This line chart uses the number of weeks prior to event start date.

This line chart sometimes also uses the number of weeks after the event start date.

This line chart uses the use case of a live webinar that turns to on demand, for instance.

When opened in full screen, the solid area displays the cumulative registrations for the comparison event selected in the dropdown.

The graph can be used to understand registrations over time. The graph can be used to compare registrations to a target and similar events.

Daily and Weekly Registrations Volumes

This bar chart shows registration volumes by time period.

In the Registrations tab, on the bottom section.

This bar chart provides the number of registrations completed per week.

This bar chart also provides the number of registrations completed per day.

This bar chart uses the number of weeks prior to event start date.

This bar chart uses the number of days prior to event start date.

This bar chart sometimes also uses the number of weeks after the event start date.

This bar chart uses the use case of a live webinar that turns to on demand, for instance.

The graph can be used to understand how registrations are progressing. The graph can be used to measure the impact of specific registration campaigns.

Registration Demographics

This section includes a map showing participant registrant locations.

In the Demographics tab, on the main section.

This map chart displays the registrants based on their location.

This map chart helps understand the demographics of participants.

This map chart helps ensure that regions are properly represented at the event.

Hover over a specific state on the map. Hovering over a specific state reveals more details in the tooltip. The tooltip includes location. The tooltip includes the number of registrations.

Entity Demographics

This section includes a bubble chart showing top organizations by registrations.

In the Demographics tab, on the left-hand side.

This bubble chart provides the Top organizations.

This bubble chart ranks Top organizations by number of registrations associated to registrants.

This bubble chart helps understand the demographics of participants. This bubble chart helps ensure that targeting and attracting the proper organizations for the event are in place.

Use the filter to change the Top selection. Hover over each bubble. Hovering over each bubble reveals more information in the tooltip.

Spider chart (multi metric areas chart)

This chart compares attendance and engagement across top categories.

In the Demographics tab, on the left-hand side.

This spider chart displays the top 10 values by number of registrations.

This spider chart shows a comparison of attendance level and engagement level across the top 10 values.

The outer layer is normalized regardless of the number of registrations. Attendance level for each category is plotted in the spider chart as a % of the number of registrations. Engagement level for each category is plotted in the spider chart as a % of the number of registrations.

Use this spider chart to quickly compare attendance and engagement levels. This comparison is based on a dimension of interest.

Flow chart (Sankey chart)

This chart shows session registration flow across two dimensions.

In the Sessions tab, on the left-hand side.

This chart displays the flow of session registrations based on 2 dimensions.

Hovering over or clicking on any item in the 3 columns shows the flow between different dimensions.

This flow relates to the selection.

The height of each item is proportional to the number of registrations. This chart helps understand the flow of registrations to specific sessions.

Use the filter to update Top Selections. Use the screenshot ready version to focus on the chart and get all information in one table.

Sessions with the most Registrations

This bar chart lists top sessions by registration count.

In the Sessions tab, on the right-hand side.

This bar chart shows the Top 20 sessions.

This bar chart ranks Top 20 sessions by number of registrations.

This ranking covers the whole event.

This ranking also covers a specific day when filtered at the top.

This bar chart reads from top to bottom.

Hover over a session to see the total number. Hovering over a session shows the percentage of registrations in the tooltip.
