Overview
Badge Template are reusable, account-wide designs used for attendee badge printing.
Once created, a template can be assigned to events and attendee type as needed.
Create a New Badge Template
1. In the left navigation menu, select Badge Templates under the Administration section.
2. Select + New Template (found on the top right).
3. Enter a template name (names accept up to 50 characters).
4. Select a badge size preset or enter custom dimensions.
5. Choose the appropriate layout mode.
6. Save the configuration.
Configure Badge Dimensions
Several preset badge sizes are available, including:
- Standard
- Landscape
- Name Tag
- ID card
Custom width and height values can also be entered to match specific badge stock requirements.
Select a Layout Mode
Choose the layout format that matches the badge design:
- Singe-sided - Standard badge format used for most events.
- Two-sided foldable - Intended for folded badges or tent card designs.
Customize the Badge Design
After the template is created, design elements can be added and arranged as needed, including:
- Attendee information fields
- Logos and images
- Text elements
- Custom fonts and styling
Templates can be updated at any time and reused across multiple events.
