Registration Dashboard

Access:

The serves as the planner’s “home page” for an event.

This is the Event Dashboard’s Registration Dashboard view. This view includes . These charts and tables show the latest summaries of registrations.

The dashboard remembers the chosen view until the next switch back to the view. The switch back to Setup Dashboard uses the Setup option at the top of the page.

Header

The header displays the Event Name, Dates and Times, Location, and Mode (e.g., Test or Live).

The page can mark an event as a favorite using the outline star icon in the header. This favorite marking makes the event available from the Favorites global navigation icon.

The page can remove an event from favorites using the solid star icon. This removal removes the event from the Favorites list.

Event Details

Event Details lets you edit event details and many more.

Buttons

These buttons lead to pages for specific actions.

The buttons appear at top right.

Assign Roles is available only to a Registration Support user.

A Registration Support user is “A Certain user whose UserType is Registration Support”.

The Registration Support user must be classified as the Event Owner.

The Event Owner classification is set by the event planner in Plan > Event Details.

Event Planners and Administrators assign roles from . Registration Support users cannot access that page.

Charts and Tables

These two buttons determine the view for the sections below.

The view can be shown as charts or tables.

Certain remembers the chosen view when changing events.

The graphical view shows data in charts.

The tabular view shows data in tables.

Click the name of a section below to display more details about that section of the page.
