Registration Dashboard

Access

The Event Dashboard serves as the planner’s “home page” for an event.

This is its Registration Dashboard view, with the charts and tables described below for you to see the latest summaries of your registrations.

The dashboard remembers this as your preferred view until you next choose to switch back to the Setup Dashboard view (by clicking Setup at the top of the page).

Header

The header displays the Event Name, Dates and Times, Location, and Mode (e.g., Test or Live).

Click the outline star icon in the header to mark the event it as a favorite, making it available from the Favorites global navigation icon.

Click the solid star icon to “unfavorite” an event, removing it from the Favorites list.

Event Details

Event Details lets you edit those details and many more.

Buttons

These buttons (at top right) lead to pages for these actions:

Available only to a Registration Support user (A Certain user whose UserType is Registration Support) who’s classified as the Event Owner (As set by the event planner in Plan > Event Details) of the event.

Event Planners and Administrators assign roles from Event Setup > Details, but Reg Support users cannot access that page.

Charts and Tables

These two buttons determine the view shown of the sections below, which can be shown as charts or tables.

Certain remembers your choice of view when you change events.

Click the name of a section below to display more details about that section of the page.

| | Summary of all complete registrations, grouped by their attendee type. Charts: Click any bar on the bar chart, or any segment in the pie chart, to see a list of those registrations. Table: Click any number, or an attendee type name in the first column, to see a list of those registrations. |

| | The numbers of complete and incomplete registrations, grouped by their registration status. Charts: In either of the two pie charts ( Complete Registrations and Incomplete Registrations ): move the cursor over a segment to see the number and percentage of registrations it represents, or click a segment to see a list of those registrations. Table: Move the cursor over a status to see its description and classification. Click any number in the report to see a list of those registrations. |
