As part of a report’s setup, you can choose to specify up to three Mass Actions to be triggered automatically when the report is exported.
Define up to three export actions
1. Select the action(s) to be run automatically each time the report is exported.
2. These are listed under three sub-headings in the three drop-down lists:
- Set Standard Registration Properties, e.g. "Mark as complete"
- Change Registration Status, e.g. "Change Status to New"
- Change Attendee Type and Fee, i.e. "Attendee Type to <Attendee Type Name>"
3. Click Save.

Export options
Reports can be exported in either of two ways:
1. Automatically, when the Display Format is any format other than the standard Results Window (Formatted HTML)
2. Explicitly from within the Report Results window, by clicking one of the Export Data links
