Reports FAQ - Define Report Export Actions
During a report's setup, the system allows specification of up to three Mass Actions that are triggered automatically when the report is exported.
The actions to be run automatically are selected each time the report is exported.
These actions appear under three sub-headings in three drop-down lists.
- Set Standard Registration Properties, for example "Mark as complete".
- Change Registration Status, for example "Change Status to New".
- Change Attendee Type and Fee, for example "Attendee Type to <Attendee Type Name>".
Click Save.

Reports can be exported in two ways.
1. Automatically, when the Display Format is any format other than the standard Results Window (Formatted HTML). 2. Explicitly from within the Report Results window, by clicking one of the Export Data links.
