Mass Actions for Exports
As part of a report’s setup, you can choose to specify up to three Mass Actions to be triggered automatically when the report is exported.
The actions are organized under three sub-headings in three drop-down lists.
The available options are:
- Set Standard Registration Properties.
- An example of a Set Standard Registration Properties action is "Mark as complete".
- Change Registration Status.
- An example of a Change Registration Status action is "Change Status to New".
- Change Attendee Type and Fee.
- An example of a Change Attendee Type and Fee action is "Attendee Type to <Attendee Type Name>".
Click Save.
Export Methods
Reports can be exported in two ways.
Automatically, when the Display Format is any format other than the standard Results Window (Formatted HTML).
Explicitly from within the Report Results window, by clicking one of the Export Data links.
