Define Report Export Actions (Events) describes how to trigger Mass Actions automatically when a report is exported.

Mass Actions

Mass Actions are actions that run automatically when the report is exported.

Up to three Mass Actions can be triggered at export time.

Configure automatic actions

Select the action(s) you wish to run automatically each time the report is exported.

Click Save to apply the configuration.

Export behavior

Reports can be exported automatically by setting the Display Format to any format other than the standard Results Window (Formatted HTML).

Alternatively, the report can be explicitly exported from within the Report Results window by clicking one of the Export Data links.
