Define Report Export Actions (Events)

Mass Actions are actions that can be automatically triggered at the time the report is exported.

As part of a report's setup, up to three Mass Actions can be automatically triggered at the time the report is exported.

To enable a Mass Action, select the action(s) you wish to run automatically each time the report is exported and click Save.

Reports can be exported automatically by setting the Display Format to any format other than the standard Results Window (Formatted HTML).

Alternatively, reports can be explicitly exported from within the Report Results window by clicking one of the Export Data links.
