Mass Actions
Mass Actions are actions that are automatically triggered during the export process.
Up to three Mass Actions can be automatically triggered at the time the report is exported.
Display and Export Formats
Display Format is the format used to present the report results.
Results Window (Formatted HTML) is the standard on-screen presentation.
Export Data links are links that export the report data.
Reports can be exported automatically by setting the Display Format to any format other than the standard Results Window (Formatted HTML).
They can be explicitly exported from within the Report Results window by clicking one of the Export Data links.
Implementation Steps
Select the action(s) you wish to run automatically each time the report is exported.
Click Save.
To export automatically, set the Display Format to a format other than the standard Results Window (Formatted HTML).
To export explicitly, open the Report Results window and click one of the Export Data links.
