As part of a report’s setup, up to three Mass Actions can be automatically triggered at the time the report is exported.
Actions to run on export
Select the action(s) you wish to run automatically each time the report is exported.
Click Save.
Export methods
Reports can either be exported automatically by setting the Display Format to any format other than the standard Results Window (Formatted HTML).
Reports can also be explicitly exported from within the Report Results window.
Click one of the Export Data links.
