Overview
This article explains how to automatically trigger actions when a report is exported.
Setup steps
- Up to three Mass Actions can be automatically triggered at the time the report is exported.
- Select the action(s) you wish to run automatically each time the report is exported.
- Click the Submit button.
Export options
- Reports can be exported automatically by setting the Display Format to any format other than the standard Results Window (Formatted HTML).
- Reports can also be explicitly exported from within the Report Results window by clicking one of the Export Data links.
