Signal Outbound Flows for Digital Events (ON24)
Signal has native connections for ON24. Once connected, Signal creates flows that send data to ON24. The flows register attendees or cancel attendees for event level webinars. The flows register attendees or cancel attendees for session level webinars.
Creating an outbound flow
1. Navigate to Signal. Admin privileges are required.
Use Account Settings > Implementation > Signal - Real - Time Data Integration.
2. Select Outbound Flows.
3. Select an option to create an outbound flow.
1. Quickstart
Standard flows are created for digital outbound.
Event level options are created for event level webinars.
Event level options include event level cancel.
Session level options are created for session level webinars.
Session level options include session level cancel.
Event level options include event level register.
Session level options include session level register.
You still need to go through each outbound flow and configure your options for Tags.
Tags configuration is skipped until step 4 below.
2. Add outbound flows one at a time. Some users may prefer this option.
4. Name the Source.
- Select the Trigger. The trigger watches for “This flow will watch for…”
- Select the Flow Category of Digital Event Support.
- Select custom properties you want the flow to trigger on. Custom properties are “AND” statements.
- No variable setup is needed for ON24.
5. Add the Destination for this flow.
1. Add name of destination.
2. Select connection.
3. Select actions for webinar. The actions are Add Registrant or Cancel.
- Select available mapping or create a new mapping.
6. Save Outbound Flow.
