Signal has native connections for ON24. After ON24 is connected, Signal can send data to ON24. The data can register attendees for ON24 webinars. The data can cancel attendees for ON24 webinars.
Creating an outbound flow
Navigate to Signal. Admin privileges are required. The path is Account Settings > Implementation > Signal - Real - Time Data Integration. Select Outbound Flows. Choose to create a Quickstart. Standard Flows will be created for digital outbound. The standard flows include Event level register. The standard flows include Event level cancel. The standard flows include Session level register. The standard flows include Session level cancel. You still need to configure options for Tags for each flow. Add outbound flows one at a time. Name the Source. Select the Trigger. Select the Flow Category of Digital Event Support. Select any custom properties you want the flow to trigger on. Remember that the custom properties are AND statements. No variable setup is needed for ON24. Add a Destination that corresponds to this flow. Add the name of the destination. Select a connection. Select actions for webinar. Possible actions are Add Registrant or Cancel. Select available mapping or create a new mapping. Save the Outbound Flow.
