Overview
- Signal has native connections for ON24.
- Flows can send data to ON24 to register attendees for event level webinars.
- Flows can send data to ON24 to cancel attendees for event level webinars.
- Flows can send data to ON24 to register attendees for session level webinars.
- Flows can send data to ON24 to cancel attendees for session level webinars.
- This article is intended for administrators with admin privileges who will configure outbound flows.
Creating an outbound flow
1. Navigate to Signal (requires Admin privileges): Account Settings > Implementation > Signal - Real - Time Data Integration
2. Select Outbound Flows
3. Select option to create:
- Quickstart
- Standard Flows will be created for digital outbound:
- Event level register
- Event level cancel
- Session level register
- Session level cancel
- You still need to go through each and configure your options for Tags (skip to step 4 below)
4. Add outbound flows one at a time (which some may prefer)
5. Name the Source
- Select the Trigger ("This flow will watch for...")
- Select the Flow Category of Digital Event Support
- Select any custom properties you want the flow to trigger on (these are “AND” statements)
- No variable setup is needed for ON24
Add Destination which corresponds to this flow
- Add name of destination
- Select connection
- Select actions for webinar (Add Registrant or Cancel)
- Select available mapping or create a new mapping
6. Save Outbound Flow
