Support Hours are 5:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pacific Time.
Support Hours occur Monday through Friday.
Monday through Friday are the business days for this center.
During these hours the support team is ready to assist customers in real time.
Tickets submission and outside-hours handling
Tickets can be submitted at any time, 24/7.
Outside business hours, tickets will be viewed and handled at the start of the next business day.
For urgent issues, the support team will address them as quickly as possible, even outside business hours.
When submitting a ticket, clearly mark the nature of the issue.
