Is registration customizable?

Yes. Registration in Certain is highly customizable: forms, travel questions, agenda/session sections, labels, statuses, and report columns can all be configured for each event.

• Customize registration form sections, agenda display rules, waitlist text, and inventory labels on the registration form (Agenda Section Details (Registration Form)).
• Configure how agenda item quantities appear in reports (number vs. custom labels) (Agenda Item Quantities).
• Collect up to 30 fully customizable travel questions and edit the travel-related form fields on registration pages (Travel Information (Attendee)).
• Create any number of custom registration statuses to track workflow and segment attendees (Settings: Custom Statuses).
• Modify registration records after submission using the Registrations overview and search tools (Modifying Registration Details).
